Stressful
Sometimes when we go through stressful events in life, it may cause us to revert or turn back to old behaviors and patterns. We return to the old behaviors because it's familiar and feels safe. On reality those old behaviors or patterns can be unhealthy because it's rooted in chaos disguised as safe. The fact of the matter is, it's healthier to face the issues or the stressful event head on. Express whatever needs to be expressed, whether is pain, anger, happiness or joy. Once it's expressed it's out of the body and this allows you to heal and move forward from it.
