There’s a limit to how much a heart can handle.

It’s important to have strong foundation to withstand the test of time.

Sudden shift of relational dynamics is a red flag.

Thoughts made to be logical can overtake common sense.

Not being allowed freedom is called control.

Peoples insecurities aren’t my insecurities.

Some of our not so bright moments are supposed to teaches us lessons so that we’re able to shine brightly.

Truthfulness about how one feels matters.

The heart and mind can’t meet to express what needs to be said.

Most times the solution is to change your way of thinking.

This is an undeniable intense connection orchestrated by God himself.

Don’t let your negative energy chase away those around you.

You shouldn't be afraid or intimidated to speak your mind.

It just might be the only kind thing they hear in their day.

Loving someone shouldn’t be a task and committing to someone shouldn’t be a burden.
