Self love

It all begins with loving yourself. Taking the time to mentally and emotionally heal is important. It can start with little things like enjoying a piece of chocolate while listening to music.  There is no right or wrong way in how you go about your self love. You can take yourself out shopping, for a drink, or just a soak in the tub.

Some things that I have done have been going shopping,  drinking various apple ciders, eating at restaurants, sitting to read a book, browse the internet for ideas, been to the beach, kayaking and swimming.

Next I plan to  work up the nerve to travel to various states. I have always wanted to visit places but always stopped myself because I waited for other people to get on board with the idea of going there. I now realize that was a mistake because my happiness doesn’t depend on other people. My happiness depends on me and if other people want to add to my happiness then they are more than welcome to do so.
